Evidence-bearing descriptive capability; candidate-specific validation remains unassessed.

Why it sits here

The descriptive role has concrete empirical exemplars. Precision electron metrology connects mathematical quantities to instrument readings and corrections [S33]. Effective field theory supplies explicit approximation domains and controlled relationships between descriptions [S34]. This supports the node's modest capability claim, without importing an explanation of why mathematics exists or originates physics.

Principal uncertainty

Low uncertainty about the general descriptive capability; substantial scope uncertainty about which representation is intended to bear the node's failure condition.

What would change the view?

Supply a named representation, physical domain, correspondence map, relevant dataset and bounded rival before considering focused review.

Launch-v1 depth

Baseline-only public wrapper. No deeper evidence artefacts are fabricated.
