Unestablished dimensional-selection bridge; nearby conditional arguments do not transfer their support.

Why it sits here

Published dimensional arguments use stability, complexity and predictability conditions. Tegmark applies these to effective low-energy spacetime dimensions but explicitly stops short of a rigorous exclusion of every observer-bearing alternative [S105]. These conditions are substantive choices, not interchangeable with unspecified relational constraints.

Principal uncertainty

The absence of programme equations prevents a direct countermodel verdict. The relevant dimension might be fundamental, effective or scale-dependent. Published theoretical alternatives demonstrate assumption sensitivity, not observational evidence against3+1 or empirical confirmation of another arrangement.

What would change the view?

Revisit with explicit viability criteria and a derivation or ranking over dimensional alternatives, followed by an independent physical selection consequence if claimed.
