Unsupported additional mechanism; ordinary gravitational memory does not validate it.

Why it sits here

General relativity has gravitational-wave memory: radiation can produce lasting changes in detector separation [S116]. Explicit nonlocal gravity models also introduce history-dependent curvature operators [S117]. Neither identifies the additional mechanism in this row, which supplies no carrier, functional dependence or observable correction.

Principal uncertainty

The term curvature may refer to local tensors, global geometry or a detector observable; these require different tests. Lack of specification prevents even a firm compatibility assessment, without constituting a refutation.

What would change the view?

A covariant definition and demonstrable residual prediction under a complete-data comparator would justify focused review. Mere references to memory or accumulated effects would not.
