Dated pilot entry retained unchanged. Scope qualifiers are transcribed from its assessment; no new evidential evaluation.

Why it sits here

Dark-matter inference, galaxy acceleration regularities and nonlocal/modified gravity are recognised research territories. Planck provides a demanding model-dependent cosmological comparator [S14]; it is not direct particle identification. Missing specificity here is a current operational limitation, not proof that every history-based account is untestable in principle.

Principal uncertainty

What carries gravitational history, how does it evolve, and what common-parameter predictions follow for dynamics, lensing and cosmology?

What would change the view?

Scope clarification is needed. No deeper literature review is currently warranted until a concrete channel and prediction set are supplied. Those would trigger Level 2; later proposed material movement or strong external evidential use could warrant Level 3. Ambition alone is not an escalation rule.

Launch-v1 depth

Baseline-only public wrapper. No deeper evidence artefacts are fabricated.
