Strong ruleset-filtering explanation unsupported; conditional viability calculations remain legitimate comparators.

Why it sits here

Conditional parameter studies can identify where particular structures exist. Adams varies gravitational coupling, electromagnetic coupling and a composite nuclear-rate parameter within a stellar model [S130]. Barnes surveys further life-relevant sensitivities [S131]. These are constrained variations within familiar physical frameworks, not a catalogue of every logically coherent law. Ensemble methodology separately requires clarity about possible models, actual realisations and any probability measure [S132].

Principal uncertainty

The missing filter prevents assessing its actual strength. Conditional calculations are not observations of other rulesets, and the present result is not a refutation of all viability explanations.

What would change the view?

Revisit after a bounded space, independent filter and claimed restriction are specified. A demonstrable prediction or noncircular uniqueness result could justify focused review.
