Scope
Test the predeclared R1/E1 acquired-state intervention mapping across trained particulate suspensions, donor-DNA bacterial heredity and neural learning. Selective post-acquisition retained-carrier disruption should reduce a history-specific later response with adequate general capacity and readout attribution. This is a narrower operational subset of PRN-025, not a replacement of its wording or complete scope.
Uncertainty
Can an independently specified retained-carrier intervention transfer an adequately attributed restriction across the selected domains, and does the four-part organisation justify that restriction beyond generic mediation?
Assessment
Level-2 outcome: Mixed / unresolved. A predeclared three-domain intervention test found substantive local retained-state and intervention evidence, but did not establish a restrictive transformed recurrence across all three domains. The evidence status remains Compatible / Non-Distinctive. Assurance depth increased to Focused Review. T1 used a narrower operational scope and different denominators: comparison is Scope revised, not a directional evidence movement.
Human decision
Whiteboard accepts the bounded Level-2 assessment as a valid deeper-assurance historical event. PRN-025 remains COMPATIBLE / NON-DISTINCTIVE, with Moderate maturity and Low discrimination. “Scope revised” applies only to the T0↔T1 comparison because T1 tested a narrower operational subset with different denominators; it does not amend the controlled PRN wording or authorise a new permanent PRN scope. T0 remains preserved. No Level-3 review is authorised.
