None

Level-2 outcome: Mixed / unresolved. A predeclared three-domain intervention test found substantive local retained-state and intervention evidence, but did not establish a restrictive transformed recurrence across all three domains. The evidence status remains Compatible / Non-Distinctive. Assurance depth increased to Focused Review. T1 used a narrower operational scope and different denominators: comparison is Scope revised, not a directional evidence movement.

Why it sits here

Evolutionary dynamics, learning models and physical memory supply distinct scientific territories. Formal correspondences can be substantive without being physical replications. The relevant comparison is with independently described local dynamics plus reusable mathematics, not a claim that cross-domain abstraction is inherently empty.

Principal uncertainty

Can an independently specified retained-carrier intervention transfer an adequately attributed restriction across the selected domains, and does the four-part organisation justify that restriction beyond generic mediation?

What would change the view?

Human review of this bounded L2 result and its scope effect. Any further protocol must fix carrier granularity, attenuation criterion and access controls, and specify the organisational rationale beyond generic mediation. A targeted existing-source check or new experiment may be considered only under a later authorised scope; no Level3 commissioned.

Focused evidence depth

Level-2 outcome: Mixed / unresolved. A predeclared three-domain intervention test found substantive local retained-state and intervention evidence, but did not establish a restrictive transformed recurrence across all three domains. The evidence status remains Compatible / Non-Distinctive. Assurance depth increased to Focused Review. T1 used a narrower operational scope and different denominators: comparison is Scope revised, not a directional evidence movement.

Controlled scope: Can the four-part organisational relationship be mapped across domains in a restrictive, measurable way, despite different implementing mechanisms? The stronger universal-process variant is outside scope. A shared mechanism is not required by this candidate and must not be smuggled into its success test.

T1 assessment scope: Test the predeclared R1/E1 acquired-state intervention mapping across trained particulate suspensions, donor-DNA bacterial heredity and neural learning. Selective post-acquisition retained-carrier disruption should reduce a history-specific later response with adequate general capacity and readout attribution. This is a narrower operational subset of PRN-025, not a replacement of its wording or complete scope.

Assurance and inference limits
  • Known-source operational freeze, not blind preregistration or out-of-sample prediction.
  • Broad carrier nominations and no numerical attenuation threshold; source-specific finer nominations were not fully predeclared.
  • Bounded source coverage; full R1 qualification unresolved, not experimentally falsified.
  • Primary text and caption checks do not constitute raw-data reanalysis or complete figure/supplement audits. Avery remains abstract-verified; A3 publisher text unavailable.
  • Fresh Leads, Challengers, source assurance and epistemic audit use AI contexts; Coordinator reused thread context. These passes are not empirical replication.
  • T1 scope and denominators differ from T0; assurance depth is not evidence strength.
