Universal scope unsupported; conditional general frameworks remain credible.

Why it sits here

Evolutionary theory supplies powerful conditional generalisations. Lewontin identifies variation, differential contribution and inheritance conditions that can apply to different kinds of units [S136]. The Price equation supplies an abstract decomposition of change [S10]. Neither conditional applicability nor mathematical generality establishes that all physical, biological and cognitive organisation instantiates one causal process. The supplied row gives no complete domain list or universal relation to test.

Principal uncertainty

This is an unestablished universal extension, not a demonstrated universal falsehood. Selected examples cannot settle its scope, and failure of this stronger variant would not defeat a separately bounded claim.

What would change the view?

Revisit when the invariant relation, domain coverage and exclusion rules are explicit. A concrete resistant domain or independent cross-domain prediction could warrant focused review.
