Strong bounded record evidence; no transferred conclusion about consciousness, unique actuality or collapse.

Why it sits here

Decoherence and environment-induced superselection supply a physical framework for robust system-apparatus correlations [S126]. Laboratory systems can separately test formation, retained readability and redundant encoding. These operational achievements must be distinguished from explaining why one unique outcome is experienced.

Principal uncertainty

Empirical discrimination is high for bounded encoding/retention experiments, not between interpretations. No nominated programme record timescale is given, so extending the claim to a particular macroscopic history requires its own specification.

What would change the view?

Before commissioning a particular record claim, name its carrier, retention criterion and disruptive conditions. Revisit if predicted durability fails or an added interpretation is asserted to follow uniquely.
