Initial observation — no prior comparable baseline linked

Strong bounded enabling capacity; explicitly exclude life sufficiency and programme-unique confirmation.

Why it sits here

This is a bounded enabling claim, not a prediction that every cosmic environment produces life. It admits specified nuclear, chemical and radiative pathways. The relevant evidence therefore concerns material synthesis, energy sources and structured environments; it need not establish a complete abiogenesis sequence. Ordinary astrophysical explanations directly support this capacity while leaving the wider programme non-distinctive.

Principal uncertainty

Pathway yields, transport efficiency, local persistence and biological consequences require separate quantitative questions. This pass samples representative enabling routes, not all cosmic environments.

What would change the view?

Commission a focused comparison only after specifying an ingredient, destination, gradient or environmental duration and a comparator that could fail to supply it.

Baseline-only public wrapper. No deeper evidence artefacts are fabricated.
