Grey Matters · Human-led. AI-enabled.

Interact with us

Good work becomes more useful when we can question it, share it and learn from each other.

Grey Matters began as one human–AI collaboration. We're sharing the projects and what we've learned — and we'd like to make space for your questions, evidence and ideas about what might come next.

Why connect?

Grey Matters started with a simple idea: what could people achieve if they combined their experience, curiosity and judgement with increasingly capable AI?

What began as individual exploration grew into practical decisions, creative projects, research and a repeatable way of working.

We've learned a great deal from that collaboration, but useful ideas rarely develop in isolation. Different experiences, constructive challenges and shared learning can take them further.

That's why we want Grey Matters to be a place for questions, contributions and — if people see value in it — connections between those working on similar projects.

Three ways to take part

Whether you have a question, a fresh perspective or an idea worth sharing, we'd love to hear from you. Choose the route that suits you; each opens an email to Grey Matters. We're also planning simple contact forms to make getting in touch even easier.

01 · A conversation

Get in touch

Ask us a question, suggest an improvement, explore a possible collaboration or enquire about an on-demand print copy of the original Theory of Everything book.

We read messages personally and welcome a good conversation, although we can't promise to reply to every enquiry or guarantee book availability.

02 · Challenge and evidence

Contribute to the research

Share a relevant paper, source correction, alternative explanation or credible challenge to our ideas — particularly the Cosmogenic Selection and TERP research.

Thoughtful questions and constructive challenges are welcome. We'll review what you send, while keeping scientific assessment separate from the conversation.

03 · A future possibility

Could AI projects benefit from community?

Working with AI can be rewarding — but sometimes a little isolating. Would it help to meet people exploring related projects and share experience or assistance?

It's an idea we're exploring, and we'd be interested to hear what you'd find useful. There isn't a community or matching service yet.

A deeper route

Here for the Cosmogenic Selection research?

If you've arrived through our work on Cosmogenic Selection (CGS), you may want to start with the Universe Evolution Thought Experiment that began the journey.

The CGS project traces how those early ideas developed, what changed when we challenged them, and how the current research programme examines evidence. Conceptual exploration is not scientific validation.

Have a challenge, source or different interpretation to share? Contribute to the research →. And if you're interested in Human–AI collaboration more generally, you're welcome to explore the wider Grey Matters experience →.

Getting in touch. For now, each route opens an email to hello@exploregreymatters.ai, with a subject to help us understand your message. Simple website contact forms are planned. Your message is not submitted or stored by this website.
